You have requested a login for the Online Language Placement Exam.  Please read these instructions carefully.

This test is required of all students who have taken French, German, or Spanish in high school, regardless of whether you want to continue studying that language at Creighton University. If you have not studied one of the three languages listed above, do not take the test. Instead, proceed to register for the entry level courses 111/109 in your desired language.

All students in the College of Arts & Sciences must complete the 112/110 courses (or higher) of a foreign language to satisfy the Magis Core requirements. There are some exceptions to this requirement; please contact your Faculty Advisor or the Modern Languages and Literatures Department  for more information.

It is in your best interest to take the online exam seriously so that your test score places you into the appropriate course level that suits your language knowledge.  You are allowed only ONE attempt to take this test. Choose a time when you will not be distracted while taking the exam.

An Email with the recommended class placement will be sent to your Creighton address (ex: abc12345@creighton.edu).  Retain a copy of this result email and be certain to share this information with your advisor.  Please note that the test results are not immediate, these scores are manually input and may take 24-48 hours to process.

Remember to have your Creighton NetID ready to enter, use it as the Student ID in the testing system.  You will be asked to: enter your first and last name, Creighton email address, your Student NetID, and to create a password.  Click the box for Terms of Use, and click on Create Account.
