This reservation form is for visitors requesting to stay at the ILAC/CESI Center in Santiago, Dominican Republic. The ILAC/CESI Center welcomes guests based on the availability of accommodation. The center may be hosting several groups at a time including Creighton University student programs, service/immersion student trips, surgical/medical operatives, and other guests. When you have submitted this form your request will be reviewed by the ILAC/CESI staff and an ILAC representative will reach out to you to confirm your reservation and fees for the stay.

Please note:

Visitor lodging is in twin-share "casitas" on the ILAC/CESI campus.
Each casita includes two twin bends, a closet, desk, and bathroom. Sheets and towels are provided by ILAC/CESI.
Each casita has air conditioning and WiFi.
Toiletries are NOT provided. Each visitor should bring his/her own shower supplies and toiletries.
The ILAC/CESI Center is a dry campus - no acohol is allowed on campus.
