Creighton students with ADHD*
is an 8 week academic success seminar that focuses on practical mindfulness strategies to manage academic challenges common to students with ADHD. This is a judgement-free zone where you can ask questions and get support and advice from staff and classmates who just "get it."
Learn tips and tools for:
Managing your newfound
Focusing on long reading assignments and study sessions
Staying engaged all the way through class
Concentrating when you live with 1,000 people
